BNP leader Abdullah Al Noman passes away

Former minister, noted labour leader, and BNP Vice Chairman Abdullah Al Noman passed away today at the age of 82.
He breathed his last at his residence in Dhanmondi around 6:00am. Family members rushed him to Square Hospital, where doctors confirmed his death.
BNP leaders have expressed deep sorrow over his death.
The party's press wing official, Shamsuddin Didar, confirmed the news, saying that funeral details would be announced soon.
Noman was a key figure in Bangladesh's labour movement and played a vital role in shaping labour policies. Throughout his political career, he held various ministerial positions and remained a dedicated leader within the BNP.
He is survived by his wife, one son, and one daughter, along with numerous relatives, colleagues, and admirers.
